Current Projects

IHC - Riverton Hospital

    We are currently constructing the new Riverton Hospital for Intermountain Healthcare. The new campus contains a hospital, women's center, patient tower, medical office building and a new Primary Children's Medical Center. The project is due to come on line in 2009. The contract amount for this project is $22 million.

IM Flash Technologies - Sustaining Contractor

    Palmer-Christiansen Co.'s crews are performing sustaining work at the IM Flash Facility in Lehi, Utah.

City Creek Downtown Development

   We are currently constructing a new food court for the Block 75 portion of the project. The estimated completion for the new food court is 1Q 2009. In addition, we are installing the underground plumbing for all of the Block 76 portion of the project. The total value of these contracts is $6 million.
